ZAK S.A. has extended its product range to include the equivalent of AdBluedodano: 2009-12-01 ZAK S.A. has invested   PLN 6 million to start a modern system for the production of urea solution known in Poland, among others, as AdBlue. “The 32.5 Urea Solution for the NOx reduction in exhaust fumes” produced in ZAK is an aqueous urea solution used for the selective reduction of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust fumes emitted by the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) equipped Diesel engines. ZAK S.A. — external funding at the amount of PLN 20 million for the environment friendly projectdodano: 2009-12-01 The company shall receive the abovementioned amount under an agreement drawn in Warsaw on October 13 between the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and ZAK S.A. The resources shall be handed over as a part of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013 (Operation 4.3: Implementation of the Best Available Techniques (BAT) — construction of the Nitrogen Acid System TK V). ZAK was a participant at V Fair of Technological Knowledgedodano: 2009-10-26 ZAK SA was presenting its development programme at the V Fair of Technological Knowledge, which took place on 22-23 October in Opole.ZAK presented project “POLYGENERATION POWER PLANT WITH CO2 CAPTURE AND METHANOL INSTALLATION”, which was one of the important topics discussed during the platform regarding technological innovations. A new on-line facility for farmers on our websitedodano: 2009-10-23 ZAK  has launched a new application  for agricultural purpose. ZAK is one of the largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers in Poland. Application, called “Agricalculator” is used to support  Polish  farmers, making quick recommendations for nitrogen fertilization of agricultural crops and selected vegetable species in the crop field and orchards.
